Nayaz heads the Production Department at Deejay, having been there since 2016. He has pursued his Masters in Agriculture specialized in Seed Science & Technology with Gold Medal. He was also a merit scholar at the University of Agricultural Sciences, Dharwad Dist. He worked on Seed production and propagation methods in Guinea grass, also worked on Seed Quality of different field crops and Seed Dormancy in grass crops. Underwent training on Bio-Control measures in Agriculture from pest control of India. He has work experience as Sr. Research fellow in Agriculture College Mandya. He has been closely involved in setting up of organic cultivation of Coconut and technically guiding the customers & field team.

Muralikumar, heading the Madurai and Ambur breeding farms and has been with Deejay since 2009. A gold medalist in M.SC  Agriculture from Tamilnadu  Agricultural University, Coimbatore. He has more than 9 years of experience in the Deejay in various roles and responsibilities. He has been involved in Innovative farm management aspects, providing expert guidance to farmers on site selection and planting of hybrids, production of organic manures, and production of Insect parasite for coconut plantation.

Subraya is helping the Production Department as Agronomist and has been involved with Deejay since 2018. Pursued Post Graduation in Horticulture specialized in Pomology. He has work experience at the Indian Institute of Horticulture Research (IIHR) as a Project assistant under the ‘USDA germplasm project on Pomegranate’. He has also worked on Integrated Nutrient Management in strawberry and other fruit crops. His other work experience is as a junior agronomist in Reliance Retail Ltd, under the project KKVA (Kushal Krishi Vigyan Abhiyan) and having two years of experience in technically guiding the Banana and Sweet Mandarin farmers in  Anantapur District of Andhra Pradesh.

Santhosh is supporting the both Production and Marketing Department as a Assistant Manager – Technical services and has been with Deejay from 2019. Completed Post-Graduation in Horticulture from the University of Agriculture and Horticulture Sciences, Shivamogga. He has more than three-year experience in handling the farmers’ problems in the field and guiding them through good management practices and also giving financial support through lending from banks. He has been closely involved in the cultivation of coconut palms, hybridization work, and nursery management activities. He is passionate about agriculture and implementing new agriculture practices for maximizing the returns of the farm.

Prashant Gaonkar is supporting SR&D as an Assistant Manager, based at Goa and has been deejay since 2016. He has pursued graduation in BSc (Botany) from Goa University. He also has 4-year diverse experience in the Deejay Group in various trials of research activities related to different facets of coconut farming,  different types of breeding, Improving productivity, improving plantation architecture, aspects of intercropping, pest & disease management, and Plant management.

Many of the research findings have been incorporated in the coconut breeding/ farming processes gainfully and are also being selectively disseminated to the farmers to improve their farming, yields as well as minimizing pests and diseases.

Ullas is supporting the both Production and Marketing Department as a Junior Manager – Technical services. He has pursued his Masters in Agriculture, specialized in Plant Pathology. He has work experience at the Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Hassan as a Village adoptionist and Crop protectionist. He worked on the Molecular characterization of plant fungus (Mycology), and also worked on eco-friendly and chemical management of plant diseases. He has good knowledge about the identification, isolation, and characterization of the fungal and bacterial diseases of plants and has also undergone hands-on training program on Plant and fungal DNA isolation, characterization, and production of Bio-Control agent (BCA).
